Qualifications

  • Degree required: Bachelor's or HS diploma with related experience.
  • Ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
  • Entry-level experience acceptable.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Ability to prepare and present reports to management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project schedules and budgets based on contract funded and ceiling values.
  • Oversee and identify plan deviations; recommend and execute corrective actions for project compliance.
  • Work closely with government customers, Program Managers, Accounting, and Team Leads regarding tasking, travel, funding, and projections.
  • Carefully monitor and manage funding for personnel to ensure required tasking can be completed.
  • Gather, track, and create deliverable reports of financial information for contracts.
  • Perform routine contract work using prescribed and standardized methods.
  • Oversee timesheet records for employees and ensure they are compliant with company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, issue Purchase Orders, and verify contractual requirements are fulfilled.
  • Review travel estimates and expense reports, compare objectives with scopes of work, and obtain government authorizations for trips.
  • Meet with government customers monthly to review actual data and forecasts.
  • Create technical reports and review official contract documents.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or High School Diploma with related experience
  • Ability to obtain DOD Security Level Security Clearance
  • Entry-level experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently to satisfy program / business requirements
  • Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management
