Job summary

Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) is seeking a Junior Acquisition Analyst to assist in acquisition planning and contract management. You will work with DoD-focused programs, support governance reviews, and prepare briefs to executives and program leads.

The role emphasizes applying Navy and DoD guidance, coordinating reviews, and capturing action items to keep programs on track. A proactive, detail-oriented candidate will thrive in this team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field.
• 1-4 years’ experience in program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management, with 2 years in DoD/DoN program, contracts, or acquisition management.
• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Employ the latest DoD and Navy policies and guidance relate to defense acquisition to execute tasking in accordance with these policies.
• Assist in development, maintenance, and preparation of briefings; attend meetings and prepare minutes; and research and prepare responses to action items. Examples are, but are not limited to, the following:
• Program and/or Progress Reviews, Milestone Reviews, Gate Reviews, or Resources and Requirements Reviews.
• Shipbuilder Program Reviews, including Post-Award Conferences and logistics meetings.
