Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a results-driven leader to support the Project Director in guiding the Workforce Center system. You will coach staff, drive performance, and ensure compliance with funding sources while coordinating with the Board and partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven management experience in workforce development, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellent communication. On-site work in Oklahoma is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business, Education or HR or equivalent.
• Progressive responsibilities in management and workforce development program operations.
• Strong business knowledge of fiscal operations and performance measurement.
• Experience as a senior staff member in Workforce Development.
• Experience in training/coaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead the Workforce Center team to meet funding and performance goals.
• Develop and implement strategies focusing on performance objectives in daily operations.
• Oversee a quality management model for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Assist management with administrative needs and day-to-day operations supervision.
• Assist with budget preparation and ongoing fiscal monitoring.
• Represent Workforce Centers in local, state and national forums as needed.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to review performance and contracts.
• Monitor compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations in workforce operations.
• Maintain relationships with Board, employers, partners and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular communication on project deliverables to stakeholders.
• Seek best practices to replicate where appropriate.
• Assist Project Director with hiring and staff development decisions.
