Responsibilities

• Support and advise program leaders in developing track strategies to meet performance goals.
• Assist Program Director with grants, projects and initiatives.
• Provide status updates and reports as needed.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliant reporting across systems.
• Oversee QA processes to meet performance standards and audits.
• Supervise assigned personnel and support staff development.
• Draft and develop contracts and coordinate partnerships.
