Job summary

Sanctuary for Families Inc. is seeking a Deputy Director of Strategic Systems to lead enterprise systems, including Salesforce, and to guide program reporting and evaluation.

You will supervise the Strategic System Team, coordinate vendor work, and drive data quality and policy improvements to support mission delivery and funder reporting. You will collaborate with program staff to translate needs into scalable tech solutions, manage projects, and contribute to training while influencing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or related coursework in enterprise systems/reporting.
• Min 6 years related experience.
• 4 years Salesforce architecture/administration preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Ability to train diverse staff.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to improve processes and policies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple projects with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of internal/external reporting for programs and funders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise members of the Strategic System Team.
• Enhance enterprise applications, esp. Salesforce-based Client Tracking System.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on upgrades.
• Oversee data quality and material/guide development.
• Manage relationship with Salesforce developer for complex projects.
• Oversee Salesforce and enterprise reporting standards.
• Design reports for government and foundation submissions.
• Lead impact measurement and evaluation tools.
• Manage technology project implementation aligned with priorities.
• Partner with program staff to integrate tech into workflows.
• Support contract compliance and RFP decision processes.
• Contribute to training for effective system use.
• Serve as back-up to Senior Director of Strategic Systems.
