Job summary

Enterprise for Youth in San Francisco seeks a Data and Systems Manager to lead data systems, evaluation processes, and reporting practices. You will analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, turn findings into recommendations, and build dashboards for Program, Development, and Leadership teams.

You will manage Salesforce, Formstack, and reporting tools, train staff, and collaborate with staff to ensure data quality and actionable insights across programs.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in data management and systems administration.
• Experience administering CRM or database systems (Salesforce strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards and reports for different audiences.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel, including pivot tables and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection and evaluation processes across programs and stakeholders.
• Design and maintain dashboards that provide meaningful insights to multiple teams.
• Translate data into reports, visualizations, and recommendations for program, grants, and leadership.
• Manage Salesforce, Formstack, Google Workspace data tools, and other program technology platforms.
• Train staff on data practices, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Supervise at least one part-time Program Assistant on data-related projects.
