Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in refugee/immigrant services, employment services, or workforce development with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Maryland refugee employment programs and ORR compliance.
• Experience managing state/federal grants, budgeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight of RSS, RTCA, and RCP programs ensuring funder requirements are met.
• Oversee staff supervision, coaching, and professional development.
• Develop partnerships with employers and training providers to expand service delivery.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to funders; monitor KPIs.
• Represent the agency in meetings with funders and partners.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Workforce Development, Business, or related field

Master’s degree preferred
