Job summary

Global Refuge is seeking an Associate Director for RIS to provide strategic leadership, oversee grants and national programs for refugee and immigrant resettlement and long-term integration. You will supervise staff, develop new programs, and collaborate with the RIS leadership to ensure effective support across the network.

The organization, formerly LIRS, serves newcomers in the United States and beyond with a strong commitment to equity and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience; managerial role.
• Experience with government grants and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and staff.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee program activities aligned with funding agreements and standards.
• Monitor grants, reporting, and compliance across programs.
• Analyze data and prepare trends reports for stakeholders.
• Develop and implement new programs; manage budget with RIS Deputy Director.
• Maintain partner relationships and coordinate with stakeholders.
