Job summary

Offices, Boards and Divisions seeks a Deputy Chief of Debt Operations for the Nationwide Central Intake Facility (NCIF) to provide day-to-day management and operational oversight of NCIF and related debt-collection functions.

The role advises the Chief of NCIF, DCM and senior leadership on policy implementation and program improvements to strengthen debt collection operations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must meet five of six specialized experience listed for GS-14 level.
• Experience planning, organizing, and directing debt operations and resolving data integrity issues.
• Experience directing program implementation and coordinating with staff to meet goals and directives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Deputy Chief of Debt Operations for NCIF, providing day-to-day management and oversight.
• Advise Chief of NCIF, DCM and senior leadership on policy implementation and program improvements.
