• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, management, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Ten years of progressively increasing responsibilities including 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Professional certifications may be required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Valid Maryland Class C Noncommercial driver's license or equivalent and eligible for Baltimore City permit.

Responsibilities
