Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business/public administration and at least eight years’ professional experience, with strong budgeting, reporting, and cross-department collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
• 8 years of professional-level administrative, operations, or technical work experience; previous lead experience may be required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Maryland Class C noncommercial driver’s license or equivalent may be required.

• Coordinate activities across multiple units to ensure efficient operations.
