Qualifications

• Education: Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• AND
• Experience: Have ten years of progressively increasing responsibilities including 4 years of supervisory experience is required. Professional certifications may be required.
• OR
• Equivalency Notes: Have an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Positions in the Operations Officer series contribute to the effective management of an organizational unit, e.g., section, division, or agency by supervising and/or managing staff, problem solving as an individual contributor, or project managing.
