Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• 0–1 year experience using a computer or common retail tech including smartphones/tablets
• 1 year retail cashier experience
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure/registration if required by law

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Responds to customer and employee questions and demonstrates projects when needed
• Communicates information about stock, special orders, features, warranties related to Lowe's programs
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties or sales opportunities (CSA Front End Team)
• Uses a cash register to process sales, returns, and refunds per guidelines
• Monitors cash drawer and performs daily reconciliation duties as assigned
