Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) seeks a Depot Supervisor to oversee a depot dedicated to autonomous vehicle testing in the Los Angeles area. You will manage operations, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate a diverse team of drivers and support staff.

The role requires strong AV knowledge, excellent organization, and leadership to drive data collection, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers and partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred.
• 3+ years Operations experience in leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring it is well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
• Lead a team of depot operators and support staff, providing guidance and training for smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate data collection during testing activities and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory requirements across testing procedures.
• Maintain inventory of AV testing equipment and coordinate with procurement for stock levels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate progress and improvements.
