Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking a Depot Supervisor to oversee the operations and management of a depot dedicated to autonomous vehicle testing. You will coordinate a diverse team of drivers and support staff, ensuring efficient, safe deployment of AVs and thorough data collection during tests.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, plus a broad understanding of AV technology and safety protocols to meet regulatory standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED accepted.
• 3+ years of operations experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day depot operations ensuring safety and readiness for testing.
• Lead depot operators and support staff, providing guidance and training.
• Maintain accurate AV performance and maintenance records; generate reports.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance for testing activities.
• Maintain inventory of testing equipment and coordinate with procurement.
