Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) seeks a Depot Supervisor in Las Vegas to oversee operations of an AV testing depot. You will coordinate drivers and support staff, ensure equipment is available, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, data collection duties, and the ability to generate clear reports for stakeholders. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, or weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred.
• 3 or more years Operations experience in leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day depot operations ensuring it is well-maintained, equipped, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Lead a team of depot operators and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Ensure accurate data collection during testing activities, maintaining detailed records of AV performance and maintenance logs.
• Generate reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain inventory of AV testing equipment and coordinate with procurement and logistics for stock levels.
