Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking a Depot Supervisor to oversee AV testing depot operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires coordinating drivers and staff, ensuring safety, and maintaining detailed records of performance and incidents.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, experience in operations, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across shifts to support testing programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years Operations experience in leading teams.
• Experience overseeing depot operations with safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day depot operations, ensuring maintenance, resources, and safety compliance.
• Lead depot operators and support staff, provide training and guidance.
• Ensure accurate data collection during AV testing and maintain records.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in testing activities.
• Maintain inventory of AV testing equipment and coordinate restocking.
• Communicate progress and issues with cross-functional teams.

Education
