Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) in Florida seeks a Depot Supervisor to oversee a depot dedicated to autonomous vehicle testing. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead depot operators, and ensure safety/regulatory compliance while coordinating with engineers and researchers.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment inventory, generating reports, and providing training and leadership to a diverse team of drivers and support staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of operations experience leading teams.
• Ability to coordinate depot operations and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day depot operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead depot operators and support staff, provide training and guidance.
• Ensure accurate data collection during testing and maintain records.
• Generate reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory of AV testing equipment and coordinate with procurement.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineers and researchers.
