Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking a Depot Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to oversee depot operations for autonomous vehicle testing. You will manage a diverse team of drivers and support staff, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate data collection and reporting. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of operations leadership experience.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred. This full-time role requires on-site work with potential for cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Operations experience in leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring it is well-maintained and compliant with safety protocols.
• Lead a team of depot operators and support staff, providing guidance and training for smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate data collection during testing activities and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain inventory of AV testing equipment and coordinate with procurement and logistics for stock levels.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and provide regular progress updates.
