Job summary

DYOPATH is seeking a PC Depot Technician to build, image, configure, and deploy computer systems in a fast-paced depot environment. You will manage asset lifecycles, perform imaging, and provide enterprise end-user support while maintaining security and documentation.

The role emphasizes on-site depot operations in Illinois, with a 1st shift schedule and a $20/hour pay rate, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2–3 years in desktop support, PC system support, deployment, or depot operations.
• Experience imaging, configuring, deploying Windows workstations and laptops.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of asset management and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Build, image, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Configure workstations and peripherals including printers, routers, monitors.
• Inspect hardware for proper functionality and performance.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot OS, drivers, software, and enterprise tools.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, repair, and part replacement.
• Maintain local networks and connectivity for uptime.
• Ensure security and privacy across systems and configurations.
• Provide user orientation and guidance on new equipment and software.
• Coordinate upgrades, deployments, and maintenance to minimize disruption.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and peripheral issues.
• Support asset lifecycle management including deployment and retirement.
