DYOPATH in Oakbrook Terrace, IL is seeking a PC Depot Technician to build, image, configure, and deploy desktop systems in a fast‑paced depot setting. You will manage asset lifecycles, perform hardware diagnostics, maintain inventory, and provide end‑user support while collaborating with IT and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2–3 years of desktop support or depot operations experience preferred.
• Experience with desktop deployment, imaging, and hardware support in a depot/service desk environment.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, image, configure, deploy, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Configure workstations and peripheral equipment including printers, routers, monitors.
• Inspect hardware and accessories for functionality and performance.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot OS, drivers, and enterprise software.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and part replacements.
• Maintain inventory and support asset lifecycle processes.
• Ensure security/privacy standards across systems and networks.
• Provide user orientation and guidance on new equipment and software.
