Job summary

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, directing work, conducting audits, and ensuring accurate inventory, route planning, and timely reporting. A high school diploma is required; college degree helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisor experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience with UltiPro Payroll System and inventory control programs.
• Clean driving record per NuCO2 Safety Point System.
• Experience in plumbing, cable installation, or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise depot staff and up to 10 employees across depots.
• Interview, hire, train, and appraise staff; handle discipline.
• Ensure KPI performance and OSHA/DOT compliance.
• Oversee payroll approvals and timesheets.
• Audit vehicles, equipment, and facilities for safety.
