Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a Depot Manager to oversee shipping, receiving, warehouse, and facility operations at depot locations in the United States. This hands-on leadership role combines logistics management, cable-handling operations, equipment oversight, inventory control, and facility management.

The position requires flexibility for international travel up to 40% and 24/7 emergency support when needed, with an Association degree preferred and DoD clearance ability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing logistics, warehouse, depot, marine, manufacturing, or other hands-on operational environments.
• Experience supervising laborers, stevedores, warehouse personnel, or similar teams.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% internationally.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, warehouse, and facility operations at depot locations.
• Coordinate cable movements and supervise dock and warehouse personnel.
• Manage depot assets, inventory, and customer storage agreements.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and oversee equipment repairs.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and cost-efficiency across operations.
