Job summary

NuCO2 in Phoenix, AZ seeks a skilled supervisor to oversee depot operations and payroll processes. You will lead a team, manage 1,800 accounts or 10 staff, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily distribution tasks.

The role requires a clean driving record, basic construction knowledge, and experience with UltiPro payroll systems. A strong candidate will excel at problem solving and coordinating across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years+ supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience using UltiPro Payroll System is a plus.
• Must have a clean driving record per safety standards.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic building/construction knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 1,800 accounts and/or 10 employees at a depot or two depots.
• Interviews, hires, trains employees and conducts performance reviews.
• Enforces company policies, procedures and applicable laws (OSHA/DOT).
• Oversees payroll approvals and timesheets; ensures accurate reporting.
• Manages and trains drivers on DOT Hours of Service and uses inventory/ payroll systems.
• Audits vehicles, equipment and facility for safety and standards compliance.
• Reviews trips, routing, and service/work completion for productivity.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and communicates with suppliers via web tools.
