Job summary

NuCO2 is seeking a District Manager to oversee customer service and distribution across 15-20 depots in a multi-state region. You will lead Area Managers, Depot Managers, and Supervisors, drive safety and operational excellence, and deliver on financial targets.

The role requires hands-on field leadership with up to 50% travel and strong FSM system proficiency to optimize routing, staffing, and service levels.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience leading remote, field-based teams in service operations.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong knowledge of FSM systems and routing/scheduling.
• Proven leadership with budgeting and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Managers, Depot Managers and Supervisors to ensure safe operations and performance.
• Own service and distribution performance across the district, including routing and delivery.
• Set expectations and KPIs; drive safety, service and financial results.
• Utilize FSM systems to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and development of frontline leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align initiatives and optimize costs.
• Conduct site visits to assess safety, facilities, inventory, and compliance.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions with root-cause analysis.
• Approve payroll, time off, and conduct performance reviews.
