Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Depot Manager to oversee a district of routes and meet service goals, reporting to the Service Manager. Senior DM if managing more than 7 routes. Benefits include 401K match, life and disability insurance, vacation, sick time, and holidays.

The role requires leadership to motivate a district, ensure exceptional customer service, adherence to safety and SOP, and responsible route operations. Frequent travel within the branch area may be required.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate district to be productive through training and meetings.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service through visits and problem solving.
• Ensure policies are followed, including safety and SOP.
• Drive growth by soliciting new customers and upselling lines of service.
• Lead district communication, route organization, and cross-department collaboration.
• Complete route duties as needed and safely operate a delivery vehicle.
• Follow instructions and perform other tasks as directed.
