Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Depot Manager to lead a district of routes and drive service goals. The role reports to the Service Manager and may supervise a service center as a Senior DM, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable operations.

The position emphasizes training, safety, and collaboration with multiple departments to maintain the quality of service Alsco is known for since 1889.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or similar experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; good time management.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed service goals for a district of routes.
• Develop and motivate a productive district team through training and meetings.
• Ensure customer loyalty through visits, audits, problem solving, and open communication.
• Oversee route organization and promote a professional image; work with other departments.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow all laws and company policies.
• Assist senior DM with service center oversight, inventory, deposits, and paperwork.
