Job summary

Restaurant Technologies seeks a General Manager I to lead a depot, driving service excellence for over 800 customers. You will guide both frontline staff and team leaders, ensuring safety, DOT compliance, fleet performance, and strong P&L results.

Qualifications

• Operations experience required, 1+ year strongly preferred.
• Management experience required, 1+ year strongly preferred.
• Ability to motivate others and build highly engaged teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage employee performance through coaching conversations, conflict resolution, and employee development.
• Managerial courage to address performance issues and lead with confidence.
• Strong business acumen with proven track record in achieving financial and operational results.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage team engagement and performance; monitor KPIs to drive team effectiveness.
• Foster a safety-first culture; enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations; coach team members on safety and driving skills.
• Oversee fleet performance and maintenance; ensure DOT compliance and driver qualifications; coach using Samsara.
• Manage new installations of Oil Management systems at customer sites to drive growth.
• Ensure service excellence and KPI achievement through staffing, coaching, and leadership.
• Oversee oil distribution and inventory accuracy to support customer growth.
• Maintain depot HACCP compliance and FDA regulatory readiness.
• Oversee operating expenses; prepare and report on P&L; identify cost-saving opportunities.
