Office Depot, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a store, drive sales and services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will own training, talent development, and succession planning while managing operations and profitability.

You will recruit and coach staff, implement merchandising standards, and partner with business units to solve issues and optimize performance. This role requires strong leadership and community engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of management experience or equivalent in development program.
• Strong business acumen and solid people-management abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to coach and influence at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and POS systems.

Responsabilidades
