Restaurant Technologies is seeking an Operations Manager, Distribution to lead the depot Distribution team and partner with Service and Support functions to drive customer outcomes, safety, service, and quality. This role reports to the General Manager and focuses on achieving depot goals by optimizing workforce and KPI performance in a fast-paced field environment.

Location at 16 Esquire Rd, North Billerica, MA 01862 with a later move to Methuen, MA; compensation $75,000-$93,000 with a 15%

Formación

• 2-4 years in operations, distribution, logistics, or route-based environments.
• Experience leading people or daily operations (formal or informal).
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold frontline employees accountable.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Basic understanding of safety practices and regulated environments.
• Ability to use data and metrics to manage performance.
