Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a General Manager I to lead a depot, oversee a team including an Operations Manager, and drive service excellence for oil distribution to a large customer base. You will focus on engagement, safety, DOT compliance, fleet performance, and financial outcomes while supervising both hourly staff and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage team engagement and performance; monitor KPIs to drive effectiveness.
• Foster safety culture by implementing policies, training, and OSHA-aligned procedures.
• Oversee fleet performance and maintenance; monitor inspections and downtime metrics.
• Ensure DOT compliance; coach drivers and promote a positive team environment.
• Manage new installations of Oil Management system at customer sites.
• Oversee RT equipment performance to meet customer needs and drive KPI achievement.
• Manage oil distribution and collection to maintain service levels.
• Ensure depot inventory accuracy across transactions and verifications.
• Oversee HACCP compliance and FDA regulatory readiness.
• Analyze depot operating expenses; prepare and report on P&L statements.
• Drive cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or efficiency.
