Job summary

MidFirst Business Credit, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented IP Processor in the Bank Operations group in Oklahoma City.

This role focuses on keying and balancing deposit image files as they are ingested into our item processing software, and coordinating with banking centers to resolve missing images. You will review mobile deposits, place holds per Regulation CC, and assist with batch processing on our core platform, helping ensure accurate settlement and timely processing in a volume-driven

Qualifications

1-3 years banking experience or college degree preferred, but not required
Ability to accurately 10-key at minimum pace of 9,000 keystrokes per hour and capacity to increase pace as necessary to meet deadlines
Ability to use standard computer software (MS Outlook, MS Excel) and quickly learn to navigate and operate job-specific software and web-based applications
Problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide a high degree of customer service
Ability to operate in a volume-based deadline-driven environment
Ability to perform job functions independently

Responsibilities

Key and balance deposit image files as they are ingested into our item processing software
Communicate with banking center personnel to capture missing deposit images
Review and approve deposits made through the mobile channel
Place and process holds in accordance with Regulation CC
Assist other departments with upload and approval of transactions through batch processing on the core platform
Read, reference, and interpret department procedures; cross train on tasks; develop understanding of applicable regulations and banking industry
