Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking an Account Processing professional to support Retail, Commercial, and Private Banking channels by ensuring deposits are opened and maintained with complete and accurate documentation.

The role focuses on reviewing new account documentation for regulatory compliance, processing tasks in a deadline-driven environment, and developing procedures to improve efficiency and compliance within the Bank Operations group.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years banking experience or college degree preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate efficiently on the phone and through email to internal customers.
• Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to perform tasks independently and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Review all new account and customer documentation for adherence to regulatory and procedural guidelines.
• Support daily processing tasks in a volume-driven environment with deadlines.
• Read and develop departmental procedures; cross-train on department tasks.
• Identify opportunities to correct or enhance existing processes and regulatory compliance.
