Responsibilities

• Process transactions that fail to post, build check image return files, and manage posting decisions for overdrawn accounts
• Handle government reclamations, state levies, and account research for customers and formal legal requests
• Support cross-training on department tasks and develop understanding of applicable regulations and operational compliance
