Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 12 months’ work experience.
• Item Processing, teller, and 10-key experience preferred.
• Must handle frequent deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of banking fundamentals and regulatory context desired.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming electronic Check21 files and ATM/mobile deposits.
• Respond to branch employees about teller capture and related issues.
• Process issued or reissued Visa debit cards.
• Handle customer communications by phone, email, or in person.
• Adapt to changing workloads and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with vendors and branch staff.
• Make decisions within departmental guidelines in supervisor's absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
