Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years banking experience or college degree preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate efficiently on the phone and via email to internal customers and partners.
• Strong work ethic with critical thinking and problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform tasks independently and escalate issues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Review all new account and customer documentation for regulatory and procedural compliance.
• Support opening and maintaining deposit accounts for Retail, Commercial and Private Banking channels.
• Collaborate with team to adhere to guidelines and timelines.
• Cross-train on department tasks and contribute to process improvements.
