Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 12 months’ work experience.
• Item Processing, teller, and 10-key experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of banking fundamentals and deposits procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process all incoming electronic Check21 files and deposits from ATM, merchants, and mobile app deposits.
• Answer questions and resolve issues from branch employees about teller capture and related processes.
• Process newly issued or reissued Visa debit cards.
• Handle all forms of communication and adapt to frequent changes in the work environment.
• Meet deadlines and interact positively with internal customers, external customers, or vendors.
