You will interact with bank personnel, resolve deposit corrections, and provide timely customer service to internal and external customers. Requirements include a high school diploma and 12 months' experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of banking

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 12 months’ work experience.
Item Processing, teller, and 10-key experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of banking fundamentals and deposits procedures.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Receive and process all incoming electronic Check21 files and deposits from ATM, merchants, and mobile app deposits.
Answer questions and resolve issues from branch employees about teller capture and related processes.
Process newly issued or reissued Visa debit cards.
Handle all forms of communication and adapt to frequent changes in the work environment.
Meet deadlines and interact positively with internal customers, external customers, or vendors.
