Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• A two year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses.
• Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs., and to sit/stand for extended periods and use PC, copier, scanner, fax, etc.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the liaison for IRA Administration and the credit union's check order processor.
• Provides excellent Member Service and engages in consultative conversations to identify needs and cross-sell products/services.
• Processes IRA transactions, transfers, distributions, RMD disbursements, and member notices accurately and timely.
• Reviews existing departmental processes and makes recommendations to enhance efficiency and Member service.
