Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union is seeking an Account Services Representative III to serve as a subject-matter expert for deposit-based products and electronic services, including Online/Mobile Teller and Bill Pay. The role supports member accounts, IRA administration, fiduciary accounts, and more.

You will engage members with a needs-based consultative approach, open and maintain accounts, process changes, and cross-sell products to meet financial goals while leveraging CRM and data tools.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related or similar experience.
• Knowledge of deposit products, electronic services, and specialty processes in Account Services.
• Knowledge of interviewing skills and conversational techniques.
• Ability to apply broader aspects of established practices to situations beyond clear guidelines.
• Word and Excel proficiency; familiarity with account services tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in deposit products and electronic/mobile offerings including Online/Mobile Teller and Bill Pay.
• Engage members as financial consultants using product knowledge to provide solutions.
• Fulfill lead generation requests via CRM systems (Better Lobby).
• Open new accounts, CDs, money market accounts, IRAs, club accounts, and related processing; cross-sell products.
• Process changes to member accounts, check orders, debit card requests; resolve complex account matters.
• Assist members with self-service technology (Online/Mobile Teller, Bill Pay).
• Analyze member engagement using CRM data and educate accordingly.
• Handle member transactions across channels (video, phone, mail, fax).
• Prepare/assist with report compilations and quality control duties.
• Support SOP reviews and implement corrections as needed.
• Manage annual RMD reviews and correspondence.
• Describe features/benefits to help members meet financial goals.
• Interview loan applicants and process loan applications for approval.
