Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in general bank operations or related field.
• Knowledge of deposit operations and lending basics.
• Familiarity with documents required to open new accounts.
• Strong typing and basic computer skills (MS Office, email).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to deposits, wire transfers, online banking, and account maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly.
• Maintain professional, confidential, and compliant client communications.
• Handle account-related documentation and banking procedures.
• Escalate complex or high-risk issues to management when needed.
• Support daily operational activities and ensure accurate processing of client requests.
