1st Security Bank seeks a Deposit Operations professional to provide excellent service within the Deposit Operations team, handling check and wire tasks, inquiries, and risk reviews.

The role supports branches, cross-training, and process improvements; hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure using multiple systems.
• Detail-oriented with responsiveness and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize internal and external requests and build relationships between operations and the Bank.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email.
• Professional oral and written communication with employees and customers.
• Process domestic/international wires and check processing and reviews.
• Assist with research, risk assessment, and process improvements daily.
