Southwest Bank seeks a Deposit Operations Specialist to monitor new and revised customer accounts and maintain documentation. You will review CIF data, verify account details, and support branch staff with deposit processing and related duties.

Responsibilities include monitoring reports, performing maintenance on DDA accounts, CDs, IRAs, and safe deposit leases, and providing backup coverage for wire processing and fraud monitoring as needed. Excellent accuracy and communication required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months related experience in New Accounts or training.
• Basic math and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent communication by phone and email.

Aufgaben

• Review new accounts and customer data for accuracy (DDA, CDs, IRAs, safekeep).
• Verify CIF and account information and required documents.
• Monitor reports and perform account maintenance per requests.
• Provide backup support for deposit processing and wire tasks.
• Assist New Accounts/Deposit Services with document questions.
• Answer phones and provide branch support as backup to CRC.
