Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience, 1 years’ bank-related experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsabilidades

• Acts as the primary contact for policy interpretation, system issues, and Deposit Operations questions.
• Supports the main internal help desk line and responds to customer questions.
• Develops efficient workflows and cross-department collaboration.
• Files documents in the bank document housing system and ensures proper documentation.
• Monitors servicing issues and suggests improvements.
• Creates and updates procedures for tasks and duties.
• Provides ongoing training to Bank associates.
• Reviews daily reports and resolves outstanding issues.
• Provides backup to other department staff.
• Answers calls and manages equipment calls for Deposit Operations.
