Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bank operations.
• Strong understanding of banking systems, transaction processing, and compliance protocols.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical tasks such as responding to emails and phone calls.
• Stay current on banking compliance certifications and regulations (e.g., Reg CC, Reg E).
• Assist with tasks to ensure deadlines are met and support other areas as needed.
• Update and create job aids and procedures.
