Job summary

Smbonline is seeking a customer service professional to support Deposit Operations. The role requires prompt, courteous, and accurate service, with knowledge of bank products and services and the ability to handle New Account check off, maintenance, balance of internal accounts, and handling subpoenas and deceased accounts.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, banking experience, and a willingness to work 40 hours weekly with occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior teller or banking experience required.
• College degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service excellence in accordance with our standards and philosophy.
• Daily customer contact involving bank products and services.
• Performs daily functions of Deposit Operations group.
• Cross trains in daily functions of Operations Support.
• Participates in community events for SMB.
• Recognizes opportunities to cross sell bank products and services.
