Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and address all non-post, stop pays, positive pay or NSF items daily.
• Process foreign items and returned mail.
• Process chargebacks, ACH items, wires, and CD/IRAs.
• Verify signatures on wires comply with bank policy.
• Handle daily account maintenance requests per policy.
• Process daily reports and settlements as delegated by VP Operations Manager.
• Monitor and process lockbox items, new account documents, and account exceptions.
• Process levies, garnishments and bankruptcy requests.
• Review branch capture work and mobile/merchant capture deposits.
