The role requires basic computer skills, 6–12 months cash-handling experience, and strong communication abilities. As part of the Deposit Operations team, you will contribute to cross-selling products and maintain security and procedural standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months cash handling experience preferred.
• 2+ years public-facing experience preferred.
• Must be proficient with basic software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication and a professional demeanor.
• Understand and follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to bank customers: deposits, withdrawals, postings, information updates.
• Receive deposits, cash checks, and verify balances per procedures.
• Maintain currency/coin supply and be familiar with security and safety procedures.
• Balance teller transactions and logs at duty end.
• Assist customers with questions and cross-sell bank products per policies.
• Verify night depository bags and maintain transaction logs.
• Address customer service requests and resolve account issues.
