You will learn and apply knowledge of bank products and services, assist with New Account checks, maintenance tasks, and balancing internal accounts.

Responsibilities include daily customer contact, processing deposits, supporting open accounts, handling returned mail, and participating in community SMB events.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior teller or banking experience preferred.
• College degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides customer service excellence in accordance with our standards and philosophy.
• Daily customer contact involving bank products and services.
• Performs daily functions of Deposit Operations group.
• Cross trains in daily functions of Operations Support.
• Participates in community events for SMB.
