Job summary

Serval is seeking a Deployment Success Engineer on the Agent Deployment team to own customer outcomes post-deployment. You’ll resolve issues, drive adoption, and advocate for customer needs while building scalable support systems. You’ll write code, ship fixes, and create automation to help more customers succeed without linear headcount growth.

Qualifications

Startup experience in customer-facing or technical roles.
Ability to read and troubleshoot production code in customer-facing environments.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

Own customer success and support post-sale; troubleshoot issues and advocate for customer needs internally.
Drive renewals and expansion within accounts to deepen Serval's footprint.
Build scalable support systems, tooling, and playbooks to support more customers without linear headcount growth.
Ship production code changes to fix bugs and add features that extend Serval's capabilities.
Run training sessions and create documentation to enable customers to get full value from Serval.
