Job summary

Valon is seeking a Deployment Strategy Lead to own a deployment domain end-to-end, coach a team of 5–10 Strategists, and ensure high-quality rollouts from contract through adoption. You will stay close to the work, catching issues early and driving constant improvement.

You will operate in a fast-paced, regulated industry, with a focus on AI-enabled deployment strategies, clear ownership, and strong client outcomes. NYC/SF presence expected.

Qualifications

• Owns a deployment domain end-to-end and acts as standard-bearer for quality.
• Manages 5–10 Deployment Strategists: mentoring, judgment refinement, and escalation.
• Stays accountable for contract to go-live to adoption, not just launch day.

Responsibilities
